WHAT IS CRYSTAL HEALING?
Crystals have been used for spiritual, emotional, mental and physical healing, across many different cultures, for thousands of years. More than just beautiful rocks — each crystal has a unique structure that imparts its own specific energetic, vibrational and healing properties.
In Crystal Healing sessions, Michele uses the healing power of crystals —
placed on the chakras (the energy centers of the body) — which enhance the flow of stagnant energy and calm overactive energy to help bring you back into balance and alignment.

Empathic, intuitive and artistic, Michele has been a lifelong practitioner of yoga and meditation, which sparked her passion for working with chakras
and energy.
After many years of health struggles and challenges, Michele grew interested in the healing energies of crystals and dove into learning more about them and how to incorporate them into her daily spiritual and energetic practices.
She received her attunement as a Usui Reiki Master/Teacher in 2020. Hoping to share the benefits of crystal energy with others, Michele earned her certification as a Crystal Healer in 2022.
